As a brand new animal rescue organization, we are completely reliant on the help of volunteers throughout the community.  We have volunteer opportunities available for animal lovers of all ages and we encourage families to come out and volunteer together!

Additionally, we work with groups such as Boy and Girl Scouts and school-based organizations to help find the best fit for groups of people or individuals alike. Please visit this link to fill out our online Volunteer Application.

**Court ordered community service hours are also available for a $4.00 an hour supervision fee. All fees go to support the ongoing care of current and future shelter animals. Please call our offices at 540-657-7387 for more information on this program.

Volunteer Requirements:

• Children ages 13 - 16 are required to be supervised by a Parent/Legal Guardian while volunteering for the Stafford SPCA either on or off-site.
  
  
• Youth under the age of 18 are required to fill out and have their Parent/Legal Guardian sign the Youth Volunteer Waiver.
  
  
• Adults age 18 and older are required to fill out and sign the Adult Volunteer Waiver.
